11 Plus Tuition – London (SW) was set up by Gwenda Jones BSc (Hons), PGCE, to provide tuition targeted specifically for pupils taking the 11+ Common Entrance Examinations into London Schools (including Tiffin School in South West London). Tuition also covers the work required for the SAT’s Examinations in Year 6.

There are three tutorial centres based in Richmond, Wimbledon and Surbiton. Tuition is in small groups and caters for pupils in Year 4 – Year 6.

Gwenda is a graduate teacher with over 20 years experience in teaching. She has particular expertise in preparing pupils for the Common Entrance / Scholarship Examinations at 11+, 12+ and 13+. She has an excellent success rate, with many of her pupils achieving awards / scholarships.

By providing targeted tuition, each student gains improved confidence and an enthusiasm for learning. This ensures that each student achieves success. Basic concepts are fully explained providing a solid foundation from which pupils can develop new skills and concepts. Most of the students work at levels beyond their year group, giving them confidence in their own ability and providing an excellent grounding for their transfer into secondary level.
